We can repair and replace all types of residential roofing products. Our Lehigh Valley residential roofing team is factory-trained and certified by all major roofing manufacturers so you can have peace of mind knowing that your roof was installed and serviced by experienced professional crews regardless of manufacturer.
Our Process
Each residential project at East Penn Roofing of the Lehigh Valley is carefully managed by in-house project managers, estimators, and support staff.
Inspections
During the inspection process, an East Penn Roofing estimator will evaluate the integrity of your roofing system, and take many photos and documentation to share with you at your home. The trained estimator will educate you on your current roofing system’s issues and causes, and explain in detail their recommendations for you to correct them. For most roofing projects, an estimate will be provided during your appointment, and samples of materials can be shared for you to see, touch, and feel.
Installation Process
We handle the entire process for our customers. Our team pulls all permits and schedules any necessary municipal inspections. Before your roof installation, you are provided detailed information on how to prepare your property for your roofing project to help protect your home assets.

East Penn Roofing of the Lehigh Valley provides job site supervision with a highly qualified roofing job site manager from start to finish to communicate with our crews and clients to ensure your project is completed as smoothly as possible. The job site manager will be carefully documenting any change orders that may come up during the installation process, for instance, added decking replacements for rotted wood. Photographs will be taken and can be shared with the homeowner.
Equipter RB 4000
When a job allows, East Penn Roofing uses an Equipter RB 4000, a driveable dumpster with a 4000 lb load capacity for debris removal. Our Equipter RB 4000, including a 12-foot lift, helps to minimize the possibility of property damage and boost job efficiency by 25% and clean-up time by 80%. Our Equipter catches nails and debris before it even touches the ground.
Catch-All
East Penn Roofing is a company that values your property. That’s why when we can, our installers use a combination of two methods, our Equipter RB 400 and our Catch-All System to eliminate as much debris from falling from the roof to the ground as possible.

At the completion of our client’s projects, we do a thorough clean-up and final inspection. Any debris that missed the Equipter, or dumpster will be picked up. Large magnets will scan the surrounding perimeter for any missed nails or metal debris.

Any change orders occurring throughout the project will be discussed with the client. The office will email a final invoice and East Penn Roofing always asks our customers to write us a review of their experience during their East Penn Roofing roof replacement project.
